This week I decided to do something new, I did the word of the week. The word for the week was oblivious and I actually liked doing it so I am going to do it every week.
Well done Carmen! I love our popping colours that make your work a SUPERNOVA because if it was plane it would be a simple star but not this work! Keep it Up!
This week for one of our rotations was fingerprinting where we get ink on our fingers and we dab some of the ink on to a paper towel if it is too much and we print it on a piece of paper and it will show our fingerprint. on the day police named Sally came in to show us how to see your fingerprint and told us some cool facts about your fingerprints. Did you know that you get your fingerprints when you are 16 weeks in your mum's tummy, pretty cool.
Yesterday was our School athletics day and I competed in shot put, 100 meters, high jump, long jump and 200 meters. The event I found the scariest was high jump because the first go I didn't do it, the second go I tried but knocked over the bar and the last go I didn't do it so I went to sit with my mum and watched the others until my next event. The event I found the most enjoyable was the 100 meters because I love running and it made me feel good and I got into the finals. the learning powers I used were: resilience, courage, being me and action.
Nice work. That was a nice sentence. keep it up
