ANZAC

This week on Saturday is ANZAC day so so my class got set some ANZAC tasks there were some really cool ones to do I did the Minecraft one and it was really big. The story I copied was The dawn parade and it was set in a poppy field with red, black and white banners, some crosses, people including the two main characters wearing  blue and yellow clothes, a stair way, a big poppy with two small ones and a big statue. We made the people out of armour stands and used armour for the clothes and a dragon, creeper, zombie and human heads for the heads. Here is the final product.

    Wow this is awesome Carmen! I've never really had a go one Minecraft...when my kids show me I go all dizzy ha ha. We are going to set up a slide to share our Anzac tasks for next week so you will be able to pop this on.

Finger prints

 This week for one of our rotations was fingerprinting where we get ink on our fingers and we dab some of the ink on to a paper towel if it is too much and we print it on a piece of paper and it will show our fingerprint.  on the day police named Sally came in to show us how to see your fingerprint and told us some cool facts about your fingerprints. Did you know that you get your fingerprints when you are 16 weeks in your mum's tummy, pretty cool.
