Over the last week I have been working on my visual pepeha. It was pretty hard to do all of the drawing

and the squares for the flags.
I am proud of everything because I put as much effort as I could and it was really fun to do.
What I found challenging was drawing everything because it was really hard to get the shape of everything.

I worked with my mum to create my whanau star.

    It was cool that your mum got to come in and help you - we were lucky to have so many special visitors that day. I think your star looks awesome Carmen, well done.

Finger prints

 This week for one of our rotations was fingerprinting where we get ink on our fingers and we dab some of the ink on to a paper towel if it is too much and we print it on a piece of paper and it will show our fingerprint.  on the day police named Sally came in to show us how to see your fingerprint and told us some cool facts about your fingerprints. Did you know that you get your fingerprints when you are 16 weeks in your mum's tummy, pretty cool.
