For my blog challenge this week we did an ultimate holiday. I decided to go to Hobbiton because I thought that it would be really nice and relaxing. I put what I  can do and where I eat and stay and what I will bring. EGG CARTON CREATION This week for our Whetu Challenge we created something using egg cartons. Things I used for my creation: cardboard box, yellow and back paint, string, craft knife and an egg carton. the hardest part was painting because it took forever (well not really) for the paint to dry. what was the fun part? Putting the whole thing together because it looked really cool when it was all in there!! I was really happy with my creation because I wanted to do last years theme and I really like bees and they are really cute.

Today I completed my blog challenge for this week and I really like it. I did both class and bedroom because I had an idea for both so I decided to do both. My room is a blue theme because one of my favourite colours is blue and my class is basically like the one that we have already. I really think it's amazing and a SUPERNOVA!!

Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane. We were given a draft piece of paper to trial and a good piece to use once we had tested the accuracy of it. Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be like we had to get those hangers and create a scene in the hanger we got given. I decided to use the design of the sea with two fishies, I really like my design and quite a few people liked it so that was pretty cool. The hardest part was, the whole thing was really easy but there was one part it was when I was trying my very best to size and shape right. During our competition time, I managed to score around 51 to 20 points but I think I got more than 20 but less than 50 so I am pretty happy.

This is my read and predict. Before this, I had it on my blog but then I changed it because it didn't have enough detail in it. I think changing it was a better choice for me and I really wanted to do the whetu challenge this week so yeah.

For this week's Blog Challenge, we had to a new cover for Mr Fraser and Mss Coles birthday cards. We could choose on paper or digitally, I chose digital because I really like doing things on my computer and I really enjoy new things on computers. I did a word art "happy birthday" on my card which I have never done (I learnt something new from that) and I did some balloons and a "to you" on it as well. I really enjoyed this week's blog challenge and I really hope my one gets chosen.

For this week's maths mystery was a pencil case thief and Carlee and I got the answer, Ruby. I really enjoyed this one because this one is sort of School-related and I love School so that was pretty fun to do.

for our read and predict we needed to predict what a story will say next. What I think will happen next is that the animals will run away and farmer Danny will have to run to get them, and Farmer Green went to find Danny but went the wrong way and got lost. Then Danny got back with the animals and put them back and Danny went to find Farmer Green and he couldn't find Farmer GReen, then Danny found farmer Green and they lived happily ever... oops that was a fairy tail I should say and they promised that they would never leave the door unlocked.

This weeks blog Challenge It was "in ten years" In ten years I will be 21 and I will be a famous chef. First I will work at a cafe to start, then I will work at a restaurant than when I am a trained professional  I will become a famous chef and travel the world and cook for people from different countries and for people who need food and are hungry.

For this weeks maths mystery it was a pancake theme (it is sort of a theme I just say theme), me and Xanthe worked together and we think we got the correct answer so yeah. Today for our Whetu Challenge we worked in a group to build a tower out of newspaper, 2 straws and sellotape. We needed to make our tower strong enough to hold a tennis ball and be able to stand alone (not leaning on anything or needing support). Today I worked with Candace and Sophia. At first we had trouble with almost everything because Sophia was being a bit silly but we got it done. The easiest thing was building the thing but it did fall a few times but that is okay. The best part of our tower was the cup at the top because it was made by me so I really liked that. Our tower looked very messy, very very messy but still cool. In the end it did work out pretty bad and good.

For our blog challenge this week we did meet our pet. I don't have a pet so I could make up my own witch I am happy I could do but I will be getting a dog at the end of this year or next year. I did a Corgi named Trixie and it is really cute. I really think I will get a corgi when I grow up because they are pretty small like me and yeah.

For this weeks maths mystery I worked with Taylor because we are in different home rooms, and we worked really well together so I liked that.For the theme it was a gnome who ruined everything ,  we finished it really fast witch was pretty  good. The naughty gnome was Captain Steve and he was: standing,  wearing  a cap, a male and he is 29 cm.
